We did not like the opaque glass in the door, which every RV we have ever seen has. We could not tell who was knocking at the door, or if a stranger might be lurking outside the door. We also like to see outside while we are doing dishes or sitting on the sofa bunk facing towards the door.
Replacing the glass was simple. We just unscrewed the retaining molding and took the opaque glass to a local glass dealer. They ordered the clear safety glass to match the original glass size.
We then made a curtain to give us privacy when we want it, and to keep the early morning sunlight out when we want to sleep in.
