Here are some ideas we might work on.

I would realy like to try out the new flexible solar panels that can be rolled up for storage and can be laid out where ever the sun is, since they do not need to be permanently mounted.

We would like a radio/CD player for music.  I have found one made for RV's by Audiovox.  I think it will fit nicely in the space between the top of the fridge and the cabinet above.  Our fridge is short, I think the new T-160's have a higher fridge, almost all the way to the cabinet above the fridge.

Some other mods I have done...

I did not like the noisy exhaust fan for the kitchen hood so I replaced the fan with an 85 cfm 12 volt computer fan. The original fan moved 85 cfm so I wanted to match that. The new fan is much quieter and draws alot less current, which means longer battery life. I had to make a plastic mounting plate for it, which I made out of a plastic clip board I had laying around. I have replaced the bath exhaust fan with the same thing, but I mounted 4 fans on a sheet of plastic and installed that assembly above the screen of the fan. It was cheaper than buying a fantastic fan. I used variable speed fans and they are lighted with built in blue LED's that gives a neat affect and are used at night instead of turning on the bright white light.

Another Mod I did was to stabalize the toilet. It always felt like the toilet would drop into the tank whenever I would sit on it. I removed the toilet to replace a broken cable on the toilet mechanism, and took the opportunity to do my modification. I made three support posts out of 1/2" pvc tubing that is set in adapters that fit inside 1 1/2" black ABS pipe caps. The tubing is cut just the right length to provide support inside the tank. I placed one near each flange bolt and one at the rear of the toilet directly under the toilet housing. I glued the PVC parts together and to the ABS caps using PVC cement, then put ABS pipe cement on these caps to glue them inside the tank. Now the toilet is rock solid when anyone sits on it.

Littlite LED Lamp

I bought an LED reading lamp so I could read at night while sitting on the sofa bunk. This LED lamp uses very little current and never gets warm. It hooks directly up to the 12 volts and has an on-off switch built in to the base. I mounted it on the wall.
